When I do the new word in a sentence they help me learn more words. They teach me what it means. These words may be said to me in the future. When they tell me I will know what they mean. I can use them at my job or in school I won't be wondering what they mean because I will already know them. Learning analogies also helps me learn new words it shows me what they can go with.

DO NOW:

In my technology class I have learned many things. I've learned hot to type and many parts of a computer system. With all the projects I've done I've been able to learn more than what I know. I've learned how a computer works and what each part means. I've learned the parts called: CPU, motherboard, input devices, output devices,and many other parts. I've also learned how to use the different software it has.
